The SoHo Grand Hotel New York is located in the SoHo District of Manhattan, which is south of Houston Street and north of Canal Street. The SoHo area has been transformed from a warehouse district to an arts district as artists and sculptors converted spacious warehouses into lofts. The SoHo Grand Hotel has four penthouse suites with marble baths and private terraces. The suites are approximately 755 square feet, with 300-foot terraces that offer spectacular views of Manhattan (one faces north, one faces south). The rooms are modern but homey, and the interior is done in muted, beige tones with custom-made, mahogany and upholstered furniture.

Upstairs is the SoHo Hotel's lofty, modern restaurant located on the parlor floor of the hotel. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for Saturday and Sunday brunches, the restaurant serves New American cuisine and has a broad selection of fine wines. The Grand Bar is open 7 days a week, serves over-sized Specialty cocktails and light menu.
